Once we receive the booking request we will contact you to arrange the initial interview to fully understand you and your pet's needs.
Please fill out the booking request form below. This is just the first step of the process. You are not committed to completing this booking until after the initial meeting.
- Feed and Lead agrees to provide the services noted above during the period listed, within time frame provided.
- Should any of the Pet Owner's pets require emergency veterinary treatment, Feed and Lead will make all reasonable efforts to contact Pet Owner. If Pet Owner is not reachable, Feed and Lead will take appropriate actions, including obtaining veterinary care. Feed and Lead is not responsible for any veterinary fees that result from this action.
- Even though we always put pet safety first, accidents can happen, therefore the Pet Owner will not hold Feed and Lead liable for any injury, accidents of damage to property.
- Pet Owner must provide enough foods and supplies for the duration of the contract. Should any necessities run out and need to be purchased by Feed and Lead, Pet Owner will reimburse these costs.
- Pet Owner will be held responsible for any injury or damage caused to the Pet Sitter or their property as a result of previously undisclosed aggression in any of Pet Owner's pets.
- Feed and Lead will only walk dogs off-lead on Pet Owner’s instruction. If Pet Owner chooses to have dog walked off-lead, they accept responsibility for any incidents that may occur.
- Feed and Lead has the right to terminate an agreement due to safety concerns or inappropriate/uncomfortable situations.
- Payment must be made prior to the the start date of services. The booking will only be confirmed once payment is received.
- For ongoing services, such as work day dog walks with no end date, payments are to be made at the start of each week of service.
- Accepted payments are cash, electronic transfer, or PayPal.
- Any additional services required by Pet Owner, lengthening of contract due to delays in returning or expenses incurred during the time of services, must be paid within 5 days of completion of booking.
- A refund will be given for any days cancelled by Pet Owner with 24 hours notice.
- Full refund is given due to cancellation for any reason by Feed and Lead.
- Feed and Lead will not share any personal information provided with any other persons or organizations
- Feed and Lead will not send you any mass emails or text messages. We will only use your information to contact you personally about your booking or pet.
